What can you have in breakfast?

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you must never skip it. To make it fast and tasty, use 4 to 6 eggs with 2 whole eggs, 1 banana and walnuts.

Everyone knows that eggs are known for their source of protein. They are very high in protein and the yolk has health fats. The banana is going to give your carbohydrates for your daily activities and walnuts again are a source of fats which is good for heart.

If you are looking to lose weight or cut down body fat, then go for only egg whites and not the yolk.

Salmon and Asparagus

Here we have salmon which is packed in protein and a good source of omega 3 fatty acids. This can be difficult to cook in the beginning but can be made in a jiffy once you expert it.

Bake it in an oven and cover it with lemon juice, mustard, olive oil and garlic which will add to the flavoring. You can toss the asparagus in garlic to give it a good taste. Simply serve it and you are good to go.

Chicken Breast with Corn and Carrots

Chicken breast is tasty and has loads of protein and fiber in it. It is easy to cook too. The chicken breast is low in fat and hence it is going to be good for people who want to keep their body fat in check. If you are looking to lose fat then leave the vegetables and add green beans. If you are a hard gainer then you can add a glass of skimmed milk.

Protein Smoothie

Many times we do not have enough time to eat food and hence we can opt for a smoothie. This can work as a meal replacement too. Add a scoop of your desired protein powder with kale, avocado, banana and strawberries. Blend them together in water and you made a good and health smoothie with required nutrients in the body.
